From the reviews
LOVE A Dance Place in Windsor! Instructors are excellent, a huge amount of attention given to each student. Very positive atmosphere and convenient location here in town make this a blessing helping us avoid the drive to Greeley or Fort Collins.
My oldest daughter has been dancing at ADP for about a decade now!! This year she is part of one of their dance troupe programs and I'm watching her flourish and really put all the dance skills she's learned over the years to work. It's fun to watch your child have a sense of pride and something to set goals for.
We moved up just this past year and had to find a studio. We chose A Dance Place and it has been such a great experience. I've seen such growth in my dancers and they love the friendships they have formed and their new dance family.
My son attended a trial class because he was interested in learning hip hop. While he decided to pursue other interests, our experience with the studio was impressive. So welcoming, professional, and kind. I would recommend this studio to anyone who is interested in pursuing dance!
Your first ballet class at A Dance Place
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
