From the reviews
My daughter has been dancing and tumbling here for 10 years and still going strong! The studio is very clean and bright! You are always welcomed by a friendly face at the front desk, they are always watching who comes and goes, which makes for a safe environment for your kids.
My daughter has been attending classes at Achieve for 6 years and is now on the competition team. The teachers are wonderful, and the other students are positive & supportive (especially the older girls mentoring the younger). We've been impressed by the quality of choreography, instruction, & performances.
We've been with achieve for a few years now, started with tumbling, then mom and me dance classes, to for fun dance classes, now our first year in competition and let me tell you, this place has been a blessing and has not disappointed us in our first experience.
My daughter has danced at Achieve for 4 years and we both love it! She has learned so much and become a much stronger dancer. Her teachers are very professional and caring and build her up at every opportunity. She has become more confident and self assured because of their coaching.
Your first ballet class at Achieve Academy of Dance
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
