“We are so pleased to have found this dance studio that we drive the distance for my daughter to attend here.”

“Between exercises, she’ll share the history of the movements and techniques, the origin of the words and phrasings, and the anatomy/kinesiology and physics behind the movements.”
“The instructors demonstrated exceptional care and professionalism, ensuring a supportive environment for young performers.”
“I've been involved with Allegro Performing Arts center for about a year and a half, attending adult ballet classes as well as a few other dance classes (tap and contemporary).”
From the reviews
My sister attends the pilates classes and yoga classes. The classes can be a bit pricey but are substantially lower than those in the area. She keeps recommending for me to go. She has chronic back pain that doctors cannot figure out why and attending these classes is the only thing that helps relieve her pain.
After trying numerous studios in surrounding areas, we had finally found a family oriented place! How nice to be part of such a lovely: dance, theatre, musical & fitness community. It feels top notch all rolled into one. The owner cares about her students and encourages some family participation.
I've been involved with Allegro Performing Arts center for about a year and a half, attending adult ballet classes as well as a few other dance classes (tap and contemporary). I’ve also been involved in a few of their productions. The location is easy-to-find with ample parking right in front of the building.
We had an incredibly positive experience with Allegro as our six-year-old daughter participated in the Nutcracker cast. The instructors demonstrated exceptional care and professionalism, ensuring a supportive environment for young performers.
Your first ballet class at Allegro
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
