From the reviews
Belladance was recommended to me from a neighbor since we were new to town. I'm so glad too, we are going on our 3rd year at Belladance and our daughter loves it! Everyone is so nice and helpful from the teachers to the owner's. They teach the love of dance along with the proper names and technique of the dances.
My daughter came into our lives at a young age from a very traumatic environment. She was very introverted and shy. Although we tried many things at home to bring her out, she still struggled.
I am so happy we chose Belladance for our daughters dance classes! She has grown so much since starting her classes and loves being at the studio. The dance instructors are phenomenal and you can tell how much they love the kids! We love Belladance and can’t thank them enough for everything they do for our daughter!
Our oldest daughter will be starting her fourth season this fall. She started out so shy, and we were unsure how she would do in a 75 min class without Mommy/Daddy. Now, she’s in the 90 min class and she continues to shine. She has grown so much. The recitals are my absolute favorite!!
Your first ballet class at Belladance
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
