Well if I’ve said it before I’ll say it again, Dance tones you up! Whoop I was sore for about three days after Adult ballet. Gotta love me that hold second plié! Bring water and maybe a little towel. It gets real cardio too. Fun class all levels & experience. Can’t wait until work lets up on Wednesday to come back!💕
