From the reviews
This daycare really puts the child first. As a play based learning environment, the children are able to grow socially while still preparing for elementary school. The “baby house” is the perfect place to leave your newborn while you go back to work. I never worried about the care my baby was getting there.
I was truly happy to find this wonderful place for my child. Carol Leon is exactly what I wanted for my 4-year-old son as his very first preschool. Carol Leon is filled with love and kindness. The entire staff is always smiling and attentive to the children. I have never heard anyone raise their voice at a child.
My son has been in the Ninja class since it started about 3 years ago. Even though it takes us about 40 minutes to get there, we are willing to take him because he loves it. It is perfect for him. I particularly like the different things they do with the typical "gymnastic" mats and equipment.
We chose Carol Leone’s daycare for our son when he was 10 weeks old. Unlike other centers we looked at, the baby house felt more like a home environment than a school or institution. It was clean and during pop-ins we would see them disinfecting the shared toys - we liked that.
Your first ballet class at Carol Leone Dance, Gymnastics and Child Care
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
