Dance Identity enabled me to groove confidently on stage in front of 500+ people, performing Bollywood dancing, contemporary, semi-classical and hip-hop forms. All of this within 1.5 years, since my first dance class. Dance Id is more of a dance school, than your walk-in workshop dance studio.
The instructors are super talented and the classes are unapologetically vigorous and fun! I forget all my stress during my dance classes and let loose to the max. Shout out to Shruti, Gourav and Shaira who are some of the best instructors I've had the pleasure to learn Bollywood funk and Bhangra from!

Dance identity is a great place for kids and adults to learn dance. The youngest dancers who can join the classes are 3 yr olds. Some of the instructors they have are amazing and they make sure the experience to learn the dance routine is fun and exciting.
Your first ballet class at Dance Identity
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
