From the reviews
After searching for the perfect dance studio in the greater Saint Louis area. I have to say… “I’m so please that I found DK Dance Studio for my daughter”. My daughter loves all her classes (ballet/tap/tumbling/poms) and making new friends and best friends too. Hooray!
This is by far the best dance studio!! My daughter has been at DK DANCE for 2 years now and she absolutely loves it! Teachers are awesome, great at what they do and always have the best interest of your child! The staff is awesome as well!
My daughter is in her second year with DK dance and enjoys it very much. The staff is friendly to her and she loves the instructors. The tuition is very reasonable and the studio is nice. My daughter used to attend preschool in the same facility so I was excited that the beautiful location didnt go to waste.
I absolutly love Dk dance productions. They are so awesome and the teachers are so nice! Honestly I don’t understand why I quit! But I’m thinking that maybe next year or the year after I might want to come back! Also Dk gave me strength and to want to dance almost every day! Mrs.
Your first ballet class at DK Dance Productions
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
