BEST STUDIO IN IRVING. Mrs. Tiffany is a wonderful teacher and mentor. The staff are all wonderful and so caring for every child in their classes. This studio has a wonderful positive environment . My daughter has been attending this studio since age 3 and it has become her 2nd home.
My daughter has been interested in dance classes since an early age. We have attended some studios in the area, and we found our dance home at Elite. The passion and commitment that Miss Tiffany has not match! She is the owner and the teacher of every class.
When I was searching for a dance studio for my daughter I ran across Elite Dance Company in Irving. They boasted five-star reviews across the board so I thought, this is the one. That boasting wasn’t boasting at all but true to their word. Tiffany is warm, friendly, and very professional.
Tiffany and Andrew are the great! Tiffany is a great teacher who has exceptional patience when working with younger students. Our 5 yr old has been attending for less than a year and she is not only learning the basic steps to ballet and tap she is able to recognize specific positions in ballet by sight.
Your first ballet class at Elite Dance Company of Texas
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
