From the reviews
Elite Dance of Tulsa is such an amazing studio!! The owner, Sheri, is a great teacher who genuinely cares about all of her students. I am always so impressed week after week at how she can balance helping those of us who have been dancing for years with those who are new to dance.
If you're looking for a studio where your child will truly flourish as a dancer, Elite Dance of Tulsa is it! The instructors are simply the best, focusing on solid technique and beautiful choreography. We happily drive 25 minutes each way, even with other studios nearby.
My daughter has been training at Elite for going on three years. The training she has received has brought her to a whole other level of dance! If you are looking for a family atmosphere with high level training, come to Elite!
Are you looking for a studio that cares as much about your dancer’s success as you do and maybe more? This is the place. I have 4 boys taking classes here from acrobatics to hip hop and even ballet. Couldn’t be happier.
Your first ballet class at Elite Dance of Tulsa
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
