The teachers and office staff here are the best in the business! My girls have been dancing here for almost 10 years and it's like a second home to us! The teachers are dedicating their life to these kids! The level of training they are receiving is exceptional with new opportunities each year to grow.
My oldest daughter started dancing at Footworks when she turned 3. This will be her 8th year and her sister's 6th. The technique is outstanding, but more importantly everyone there is wonderful! The teachers are amazing and Ms. Debi in the office is always super helpful when i have a question.
This is our third year to be dancing with Foot Works Performing Arts Center and I am in love with this studio! From the instructors to the prop dads - everyone treats your child with love. My granddaughter was very shy when she started dancing here and has blossomed into an outgoing bundle of joy.

Your first ballet class at Foot Works Performing Arts Center
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
