From the reviews
We love Frisco Dance Studio! My daughter was with this school for two seasons and then wanted to try out cheer & gymnastics for a year so we took a bit of a break. We came back for the summer for a refresher ballet/jazz class with Hannah and we are thrilled to be back! I just love how friendly everyone is here!
This is really an amazing dance studio. There are great teachers that are really professional and nice. I was on the performance team for a year, and I’m now on company. I have improved a lot thanks to this studio and their wonderful teachers.
Professional instructors and very helpful front desk. Explained everything clearly, and helped us pick the right classes. They have many options throughout the week. Very flexible scheduling for busy working parents. Waiting area is comfortable and bathrooms are convenient/clean to change your kids.
We just move to the area and I have been visiting several dance studios for my three girls. The moment I walked in I was greeted by the owner, Johnathan. Johnathan was so nice and professional. He gave us a tour, told us about the studio, and answered all my questions.
Your first ballet class at Frisco Dance Studio
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
