From the reviews
Our kids loves this studio. Teachers are very detail and teach Vaganova style ballet. They are strict but loving. Kids are improving so fast and so good. They also teach character dance. Their character technique and teaching skills are amazing.
I've been a dancer with Mrs. Olga and Ms. Tatiana since I was five. I'm now 14 and I love both of these wonderful teachers with all my heart. Not only do I have a professional connection with both Mrs. Olga and Ms. Tatiana as a student and ballerina, but they have both helped me on an personal level too.
My 6 year old daughter started with iballet this fall. It has been a bright spot for her during an otherwise very unstable time. She looks forward to classes each week! Her strength, flexibility, maturity and confidence has grown tremendously as a result of her involvement with the studio.
I attended last nights performance to see my granddaughter, her first year at this studio. Absolutely beautiful dancers and technique. Their attention to detail is perfect.
Your first ballet class at iBallet
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
