From the reviews
The studio is not just a place to go and learn dance is a family to us. Molly is a great director/owner who has giving my daughters the opportunity to learn and growth as dancers. The whole staff is professional and have create an impact in my girls dance life.
I attend dance here, and I have nothing but love for this place. I consider all the teachers and dancers my second family, and everyone makes you feel so at home. I’ve learned so much more than just dance steps from the teachers, but life lessons and things that I always reflect on now.
Such a great place for kids to learn, have fun and dance. Molly the studio owner is a wonderful person and always has your kids best interests. Goes above and beyond most! Megan, Casey, Tonya, and Jordan are some of the best of the best too! We love all of the Dance teachers!
My daughter has been part of the Innovative Dance family since she was 3 years old. She is now a senior in high school. We have so many great memories from recitals to competitions to trips to Disney. Her love for dance has grown to pre-professional as she is a company member of Tap24.
Your first ballet class at Innovative Dance
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
