The programs they offer
“Tiana is a wonderful head coach and a great mentor, the environment she creates inspires children to do their best and to develop themselves, and the results show that too.”
“Even without extra practice at home/private classes, my daughter always received the same attention during group classes.”
What families & students say
“My daughter absolutely loves this school and the staff.”
“Would highly recommend to anyone, even if gymnastics isn’t the path for them, because the life lessons and the support and love are one of a kind.”
“I want to say a big thanks to IRG wonderful coaching team for a professional approach to children in physical training.”
From the reviews
Great gym, great location. Professional coaching staff, and all coaches are highly qualified instructors. Individual and personal approach to each student. 10 years ago, my eldest daughter practiced here, and now my 2 younger daughters are attending.
Don’t trust 1 star reviews, look, they all have the same text or pattern. Some parents or kids might not like it for sure, but these ones seems to be a bot attack or something.. My daughter has a great progress in this school, and we all, including her, like how progression goes.
My daughter was a gymnast of IRG club for almost 11 years, and we had a great experience with Tiana, other parents and kids. The work of coaches are so unappreciated and underestimated, and we personally have a huge respect for Tiana.
Great school!!! My daughter absolutely loves this school and the staff. The program is efficient. The coaches are very professional. They know how to effectively motivate the students. I would highly recommend this gymnastics school.
Your first ballet class at International Rhythmic Gymnastics & Ballet
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
