From the reviews
We had our daughter take the summer class for 4 year olds. It was a great experience. I was super impressed with the professionalism of the teacher and the helpers. This wasn't just playing around-- they repeat the routines so the kids learn. The teacher manages them well so that they stay focused.
Sally and the Just Dance staff are terrific. Sally taught our daughter for 4 years and gave her excellent ballet instruction and confidence. Just Dance is the studio where dancers go to learn technique. The girls LOVE Ms. Sally and our daughter continues to be a serious student of dance, thanks to Ms .
This is our third year at Just Dance. We have had a wonderful experience all three years. The classes and teachers are great. The progress my daughter has made is impressive and she absolutely loves it. It is a weekly program that begins in September and ends with a recital in June at the Masonic Temple.
My daughter really wants to learn dance and enjoys the challenge of the Just Dance studio ballet classes. When I needed some schedule flexibility Ms. Sally was great to work with to meet our needs. Thank you and looking forward to more ballet here.
Your first ballet class at Just Dance
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
