“The classes I’ve taken have been twerk, ballet, beginner hip hop, NFL pro, and more frequently Commercial Pop!”

From the reviews
I’ve been going to klass since their very first one in 2019 (I think?!). It’s been one of my favorite places ever since. It’s gotten me through so many important times - whether that was training for a pro team (and I became both an NBA dancer and NFL cheerleader!!
I’ve never taken a dance class before so I’m very novice. I did the first week intro and fell in love with the community! Instructors and members are kind, welcoming, and the energy is unmatched. It’s a safe space for anyone to move their body and have fun!
I love dancing at Klass so much!! The classes I’ve taken have been twerk, ballet, beginner hip hop, NFL pro, and more frequently Commercial Pop! Each class I’ve taken I’ve always felt support from the instructor to just do my best and have fun.
I was encouraged to come by a friend I’ve known and trusted for a long time. We attended two Heals Klasses that week and in each one I felt safe, comfortable, supported, and encouraged. The class was made up of people from many different backgrounds, stages of life, and expertise.
Your first ballet class at KLASS | Dance & Fitness
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
