My oldest daughter just started her 10th year with this dance school and I currently have 3 kids who attend classes here. All the teachers are wonderful. All the dance costumes & dances are kid appropriate. It is a very friendly environment. My kids look forward to going to dance every week.
We love our Legacy family! All of the instructors are great with the kids and allow them to have fun while teaching them proper dance technique. They are great at communicating all the things and give you as a parent many opportunities to volunteer when needed.
The teachers at Legacy School of Dance are awesome! Super friendly and great with the kids! I love that they teach discipline through dance in a happy and friendly way. They are extremely organized. Classes start and end on time. The recital was a great experience last year! I can't wait for this year!

Your first ballet class at Legacy School of Dance, LLC
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
