From the reviews
I danced here my whole childhood and eventually taught as well. Now our daughter attends. Miss Sue, Kiki and Kerri are the most loving, generous family. They make certain to use family-friendly music and tasteful costumes which is difficult in today’s age. Highly recommend!
We love Performing Arts! We switched a couple years ago from a different studio and I'm so happy we did. We love the connection we feel with them. I'm comfortable dropping my daughter off and enjoy staying for observation weeks. I like that there is a cozy waiting area if I choose to stay.
We absolutely love Performing Arts! They offer a wide range of classes, which has been perfect for helping my daughter experience different styles of dance. The staff are so wonderful — they know how to encourage and challenge the kids in the best ways. One thing I really appreciate is the focus on technical skills.

Your first ballet class at Performing Arts Dance Academy
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
