From the reviews
My daughter has Distal Arthrogryposis and we needed a program to strengthen her legs and arms... so we tried ProviDance PAC. She has attended for almost a year and she has surpassed any and all expectations we could have had for her. She loves dance and wants to be in the studio EVERY evening.
My daughter has danced at many dance studios. We finally found the best in ProviDance! She has been at ProviDance for only 6 months and is leaping, turning, more flexible than ever, stronger and a more confident dancer. The staff is wonderful and the dance teachers all have extensive backgrounds in dance.
ProviDance PAC is the best dance studio in this area. The teachers are extremely qualified and gifted dancers themselves. They know their technique and strive to teach the students correct technique in all areas of dance. All of the teachers are extremely knowledgeable and loving.
We love the staff. We came because we knew Molly, but Ruth and the others there are so kind. Our daughter is in the Tiny Tutus class and they have a lot of patience when working with littles. I am thankful that the environment helps create a love for dance.
Your first ballet class at ProviDance Performing Arts Center
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
