From the reviews
Excellent ballet school! Really strict, but some times it is what it takes to make our kids a good dancers! They do not play around there, but focus on all right things like posture, positions.
The instructor is a professional ballerina who really knows her routines. Kids are excited to go to class every time. I am very pleased with the professionalism that instructors lead their classes.
So far my daughter loves it. Teachers are more old school no messing around and actually trying to teach kids. I hate when classes are too soft and just let everyone run around and call it a class. Inna is great and hopefully it will stay fun. Classes are reasonably priced.
I couldn't find anything better in the vicinity. Professional instructors for a great price. The studio is a good size and group classes are small. It is almost like having a private session. I love that.
Your first ballet class at Russian Classical Ballet
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
