From the reviews
Great all women fitness and dance studio. The owner is a friendly and the regulars are quite welcoming. The studio offers a variety or expertly taught classes at affordable prices. Love taking the zumba class on Thursday with Carlos, you really work up sweat!
This Studio is definitely a gem. My favorite classes are pole, Brazilian Butt lift and AB’s and sticks. The latter 2 are the most intense in the best way. My favorite pole classes are choreography and stretch. The community of this place is unmatched.
This fitness studio was very welcoming and friendly. I took a class taught by the owner, Yazzy, it was Brazilian Butt Lift. Let me tell you, I am used to doing heavy squats and hip thrusts at the gym with the barbell and her class was tough!
Amazing amazing place. The Zumba and belly dancing classes are SOOO fun. The Brazilian butt and arm and abs and barre classes are of the most challenging I’ve taken (in a great way). It is truly a studio that you leave more energized from when you arrived.
Your first ballet class at Sexy Sassy Strong Fitness Studio
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
