Had an amazing night taking a painting class with Ms Vida. There were 3 adult, including myself, and 7 giggly children. . .I had so much fun listening to the children laugh and enjoy the painting process ❤️. I will be going back for a clay class; perhaps I will be the only adult 🤷🏼♀️.
Absolutely love this gem! Despite accidentally signing up for a painting class more so directed at youngins with their parents (my idea of family paint night is not the same lol) They were so welcoming and we had such a wonderful time!
Butch is an incredible guitar teacher. He’s patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping his students improve. He explains things in a way that’s easy to understand and always tailors lessons to my goals and skill level. Every lesson is productive, fun, and motivating.
We just hosted my 9-year-old daughter’s Wings of Fire themed birthday party here and it was absolutely amazing! We used two rooms, one for food and hanging out, and the art room for the craft portion since it was a craft party. The entire experience was customized to her interests.
Your first ballet class at Songbirds Music, Art, & Dance Center
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
