From the reviews
I honestly cannot say enough about Deby’s character, integrity and love for the kids she teaches/inspires. I’ve known her for years but just put my young one in her studio this past year. I’ve been introduced and experienced a few other studios and they all seem to be instructor focused.
Fantastic dance studio! I would highly recommend this studio to kids of all ages looking to participate in dance. My daughter started dancing at Step in TIme when she was 3 years old in the mommy and me class and has been dancing there ever since. It is definitely a "family atmosphere".
If you’re looking for a positive and encouraging experience for your kiddo checkout Step In Time Studio of Dance! Natalia has been going there since she was 4 and it has had such an incredible impact on her life!! Through dance and baton she has developed a confidence in herself that radiates into all she does!
I cannot say enough about Step In Time, the quality of its dance instruction, the innovation of the teachers, the beautiful facility, and maybe most importantly, the dedication of studio owner, Deby LeFevre!! My girls have been dancing there for 12 years and we are so lucky to be a part of the SIT dance family!
Your first ballet class at Step In Time Studio of Dance
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
