From the reviews
My little girl just started a week long summer camp here and had the best first day ever! She raved on and on about how much fun she had. They've got a great Director there that was very responsive to my questions as well. I love the organic fruit they offer the kids afire snacks.

Our three-year-old daughter LOVES Studio One Dance. For $80 a month, we attend weekly dance classes on Saturdays from 10:15-11am (the perfect amount of time to learn dance and hold a toddler's attention span). It's a small studio space on the Hill near some great places like Little Pearl and Emilie's.
We've gone here for 3 years now (starting when our daughter was 4) and have loved every minute of it. The teachers are excellent and the classes strike a nice balance between giving them the fundamentals of dance and allowing them to have fun. The end-of-year recitals at Shakespeare Theater are always a highlight.
Your first ballet class at Studio One Dance
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
