From the reviews
There is no justification to the poor ratings. I have been to different dance studios and this is a fine studio with high quality instruction. They sponsor a pre-professional dance company that does community service as well as 2 productions a year. They also have a successful dance team.
This will be my daughter’s 4th year at the studio and she absolutely loves it!! We are so impressed with the professionalism and enthusiasm at Terre’s Dance Workshop! Highly recommend for all ages!
I love dancing here!!! All the teachers are amazing and it's such a fun and supportive environment!
Our daughter has been dancing here for nearly 5 years now and it is amazing how much she has learned and grown here! Her teachers are top notch and very supportive and encouraging. At competitions, there is quite a difference in the teamwork and technique compared to other dance schools.
Your first ballet class at Terre's Dance Workshop
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
