The best workout I've ever experienced. All the instructors were very friendly, and helpful. I had so much fun at all the classes, and plan to go back.
This is a great place. The beautiful and talented Sally Ashcraft fuses her ballet background with strong pole dance moves to create a magical art form. Her performances are amazing! They offer a variety of class with talented Instructors. If you haven't checked them out you should. Highly reccomend!
I’ve been going to this studio for more than a year now, and the stuff it’s all always welcoming and amicable. They make you feel comfortable and are there to support you on your pole journey.
I love this studio and the instructors. Working in a service oriented job, I need a beautiful place to run to when I feel depleted and Diva Dive is a glittery pink goddess oasis. Whether you are trying to get back in shape, have a new experience or learn about pole competitions, they have what you need. Treat yourself!
Your first ballet class at The Diva Dive Pole & Aerial Fitness Studio
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
