The StuDANCE Lab is an amazing studio!! I started a few months ago and love it! I went to the trial classes and tour with my best friend, we never been to a studio like this. The first thing I noticed when I started is, the people there really care for you and the staff are amazing!
My eldest daughter has been with The Studance Lab for about three years now. She absolutely loves it, all of her instructors have been amazing. They are professional and know how to really bond and work with the kids.
The BEST decision we’ve made for our daughter! We love the professionalism of staff and accountability of the students. Yes, they’re learning dance, but it’s so much more than that. Life skills, friendship, commitment, structure, goal setting. I could go on and on!
My daughter and I love this place. The instructors are amazing, very clean and hip facility and well organized classes. My daughter is have a great time learning new dance techniques and having a blast. The other parents are great company too as we all watch our kiddos.
Your first ballet class at The Studance Lab
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
