We love Tiny Dancers! We started middle of Covid and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received as soon as I called them asking for an opening in 2021! Ms. Jenna’s professionalism and patience with my daughter was exceptional!
This is my daughters first season at Tiny Dancers. She’s a few months shy of being 3 years old and she takes virtual classes. Her teacher, Ms. Kylie, is so patient, engaging, and fun. My daughter loves when she’s praised by her with imaginary sparkles. And she’s being taught all the basic ballet terminology and moves.
I waited until the whole summer class finished to write this review so I could truly share my experience. I am giving 5 stars because of the excellent management run by Mrs. Jeena. She is very understanding, helpful, and doing an amazing job. The kids receive a warm and welcoming environment, which is so important.
My four-year old daughter has attended Tiny Dancers for the past 7 months and has loved her time there! This is the second dance studio she has attended, but it is far better! They're very organized and clearly teach new concepts every week.
Your first ballet class at Tiny Dancers
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
