Veronica K is an absolutely incredible coach. In just three sessions, she has already made a huge impact on my ballet technique, balance, and even long-standing injuries from years of long distance running and dressage.
I had my first and only session with Veronica yesterday and it was impressive! Her knowledge of the human body is tops!!! I laid face down on her massage table where she helped me with flexibility in my knees and then face up, she worked on my flexibility in my hips and neck.
It is a Wonderful Platform, with many exercises and tips to improve your technique. Miss Veronica is super kind and attentive to her students. I made incredible progress thanks to her.
Veronica is excellent at teaching cross training which shows she really cares about what she does and the dancer as a whole. She shows how to prevent injuries and her materials are easy to access. It's great because you can watch her videos at your own pace and practice on your own time.
