From the reviews
I started taking Barre classes at Versa5 a few weeks ago and I'm totally loving the experience! I've taken classes with Deanna and Amanda and they both bring their unique personality and teaching style to their classes.
I am a VDC member and LOVE it! The instructors are so helpful, the people are so warming to all, and it’s open to all ages. I am so greatful to be at Versa5, it has helped me meet so many people and grow with a deeper love for dance. Deanna has opened so many different classes to adults and youth. Thanks you Versa5!!
Taking class here is an incredible experience. Every teacher has a passion for what they do and they care for each person as an individual. They know everyone by name and are very accommodating. Versa5 has three quality studios and plenty of common areas and bathrooms.
I've done both barre and restorative yoga classes here. I really like how they make the studio accessible to many levels - it's a very welcoming place and the instructors and owner have been friendly and helpful. Signing up for classes is easy through their online system and it's awesome that they offer childcare!
Your first ballet class at VERSA5
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
