What families & students say
“Not only I had those experiences but I was able to have a family and a second home away from home.”
“The teachers are so amazing and sweet; very professional.”
From the reviews
The teachers are so nice and hardworking! They dont leave anyone behind, and teach with determination and passion. They not only teach you technique but they also teach you to grow to love dance.
I started to go this academy when I was about 9 years old and throughout the years I was able to learn all sorts of dances such as hip-hop, ballet, chinese folk, jazz and etc. Attending this school gave me the opportunity to travel the world in all sorts of competitions and tv shows such as AGT and China’s got talent.
Kind, extremely skilled teachers. The owners are former professional dancers. The school consistently does extremely well in competitions. They have been on America's Got Talent. I have been very impressed with the true care and consideration they have for their students, it's not just a job for them.
Its amazing the frames hanged on the wall are so adorable. And the teacher will teach yuo ballet stepbystep
Your first ballet class at Atlanta Professional Dance Academy
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
