“And I can still do half of the dance from my last dance recital so I'd say that's pretty good teachin'.”
From the reviews
My daughter has been dancing at Carol’s Dance Studio for 5 years. She takes 4 different classes, ballet, tap, jazz and hip hop. She absolutely loves it and has made so many new friendships. The staff are amazing and treat the kids like family. They also offer dance camp during school vacations and summer.
My daughter started dancing here last Fall at only 2 1/2. She absolutely loves the staff and made many new friends. They never once looked down on her for being so young and welcomed us with open arms and truly are a family, the entire studio. The staff is amazing and so loving and patient with the little kids.
This family run dance studio is a home away from home. Your children will feel loved and encouraged to dance like no one is watching. This little community of dancers is a wonderful place to spend time while creating memories. They have dance classes for adults too! Highly recommend!
My daughter is going on her fourth year here are Carol's and they have been absolutely wonderful. The teachers are always so friendly, kind, caring and knowledgeable. They always make sure the dancers have fun and give them treats and fun things to do during the holidays. I highly recommend this studio.
Your first ballet class at Carol's Dance Studio
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
