From the reviews
My niece loves to dance. Unfortunately, she grew up during the lockdown, and her only dance experience was over Youtube. I took her here for her first in-person dance class. And boy did she love it! Thank you, Emily, for creating such a great first-time experience for my niece. You've set a very high bar.
Best dance studio I have been to. After trying 4 different studios with great reviews, this one was by far our favorite one. The facility is in a convenient shopping center. There is always plenty of parking. The place is always very clean and everyone who works there is great.
Took my granddaughter for a free trial class, walked in was greeted immediately, they made us feel so welcomed, she went thru the class and was a little shy at first but that made her feel so comfortable, when the class was over my granddaughter was I want to stay, which tells me she really enjoyed it.
My daughter LOVES coming to dance! We researched many dance studios and this was the only one that made us feel welcome from the start. We were greeted by the front desk and the instructor even came out to say hi and introduce herself to my daughter, which I thought was so great!
Your first ballet class at Creation Station Dance
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
