What families & students say
“Studio C is a great Space to rent for various class types.”
From the reviews
I absolutely love their BarLates classes. You get the best of both worlds: Barre and Pilates fundamentals, all in one. Christina and Amanda as teachers are absolutely fantastic. They keep their classes upbeat, fun, and incredibly challenging (in the best way possible). Already seeing results after a few weeks.
Studio C is a great Space to rent for various class types. It’s clean, has mirrors and barres everywhere and cubbies for client’s item’s. The AC is strong, and there is a great cross breeze on the cool days if you want to opt for natural air. The Cottone’s are the greatest people to work with.
Studio C has the best classes! BarLates is a mix of my favorite types of exercise; Barre and Pilates. The classes are challenging, yet energizing and invigorating. The instructors and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The studio itself has everything you need and more!
Great studio to rent for private yoga classes! I love the studio dance floors, they provide extra cushioning under your knee without compromising standing balancing positions. The owners, Sam and Susannah are very fair and great to work with.
Your first ballet class at Dance Space Studio C
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
