My daughter has been taking ballet classes at Elevate Dance Studio since the summer, and she absolutely loves it. When I finally decided to put my daughter in ballet classes I did a lot of research before picking a studio.
9 months after my first review and I still feel this way. Seasoned dance mom here. I highly recommend this family friendly studio. The Owner Gina Fancher and her family are amazing. They treat all the kids like they are family. I can’t say enough about the staff.
Elevate Dance Studio is conveniently located in Spring Hill, TN and offers a variety of classes from beginner and beyond. We were brand new to the dance world three years ago and we were made to feel very welcome right from the start.
What a great family owned dance studio for kids and adults to take classes. They have years of business experience and instructional dance training in all genres. The staff is so friendly and loves what they do and your kids. Most of the instructors are dancers or choreographers themselves.
Your first ballet class at Elevate Dance Studio
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
