From the reviews
We came here for a 5 year oldest birthday party. The kids had a blast and the parents were able to rest bc the staff takes care of everything. The dance teacher was energetic and kept the kids so happy and entertained. Highly recommend for a kid's birthday party!!
Really professional operation. My kids take acro and jazz here and it has been it a good experience. Really talented instructors who are great with children. Christina the owner is very involved and really understands how to train and motivate young dancers.
En Pointe has been one of the better dance studios I've been to as a "dance mom". The staff is pleasant, there are many age groups and styles of dance offered to suit most busy schedules and classes are surprisingly affordable for the great quality of professionalism this studio offers.
The instructors are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have a 4 year old taking the combo class (tap/ballet/gymnastics) and she very much enjoys her instructors, as they took time to help her and make her part of the group from the start.
Your first ballet class at On Pointe Dance Studio
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
