From the reviews
So amazing! the girls are so talented and kind. The teachers are very good and the building is very nice. it’s much better than the other studios we have tried in columbus. the dances are much more challenging and entertaining
This dance studio is incredible. I have signed my kids up for two of the themed dance classes for the summer. They are each a week long and the kids put on a performance for the families at the end of the week. My daughter has the attention span of a squirrel and she learned a lot!
Much better than Capella's for several reasons. Mainly, the owner and instructors are much more talented and educated on many levels.
My daughter has danced at this amazing studio for over 9 years now. Not only are the instructors/staff great but they bring in guest choreographers who are awesome as well which gives the students great opportunities for learning new techniques. I could say so much, but most of all it’s like family.
Your first ballet class at Prodigy Dance Centre
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
