I am a dancer at the studio and have been dancing there for 4 years. And I have loved every minute of it! I look forward to dancing here for many years to come. Ms. Kaley and my other instructors have been amazing. They are so patient and kind but also work hard to make me the best dancer I can be.
We have been going to Southern Grace for about 1 year and wouldn't choose any other studio!! Kaley (owner/instructor) and Michelle (reception/admin) have been extremely accommodating and patient with my daughter and my "wild child" special needs son who loves watching his sister and the girls dance.
Genuinely could not be more thankful for this dance studio! Both of my daughters dance here and have for over 4 years! As a dancer who danced for over 8 years I have not only taught classes at a previous studio but taken classes so I knew what environment and setting I wanted my girls in!

Your first ballet class at Southern Grace Dance Company
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
