From the reviews
Jackleen is so energetic and welcoming and her choreography is 🔥🔥🔥 She is committed , patient , talented and creative which is amazing but most importantly I can tell she loves what she does and knows how to teach.
First thing that was impressive and what I noticed is how professional and courteous Jackleen is. Just by watching her interact with the kids and her students you can see the passion and inspiration she gives onto her students in her class.
Jewel of Art Dance Studio is a great dance studio. Ms.Rios is an awesome dance instructor and really cares about the students. All the dance insructors/choreographers are really great with teaching and working with the students. If you are looking for an Awesome dance studio, I suggest this one!
Just had a couple of classes here and I really like the vibe there. I’m sure I’ll be back!
Your first ballet class at The Jewel of Art Dance Studio
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
