From the reviews
My daughters have been dancing at DFS as part of the company for over a year. The staff is fantastic, they’ve learned a great deal, and the girls at the studio really feel like family. The only thing I wish we could change is that I wish we’d found this place sooner!
We love Dance Fusion. The staff is very caring for the dancers, well experienced and very knowledgeable. Our daughter had a blast with the recreational classes, and is now enjoying the competitive company as well.
My daughter has been with DFS since she was 6 years old . We absolutely love it. The director Wendy is a true gem. She not only is a great leader but she has direct relationships with each child individually.
I had a great time in the Technique class. I'm not a trained dancer and the instructor went over different positions and conditioning I could do to build up skills over time. I want to go back for beginner rotation along with technique.
Your first ballet class at Dance Fusion Studios
Nervous about walking into your first class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects beginners, whether your dancer is five or you're returning at fifty. Here's what to know. What to wear: comfortable clothes you can move in, with socks or bare feet; a leotard and tights are nice if you have them, but not required, and pointe shoes are years down the road — never day one. What to expect: class usually starts at the barre with slow, simple movements to warm up, then moves to the center — follow along, copy the teacher, and don't worry about getting it "right" the first time. Arrive early: come 10–15 minutes ahead to change, find a spot, and let the teacher know it's a first class so they can keep an eye out. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
